Manama, July 15 (BNA) His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa issued edict No. 53 for the year 2010 on commissioning Hesham Mohamed Al Jowder, Director of Youth Affairs at the General Organization for Youth and Sports (GOYS) to undertake the tasks of running and managing the establishment.
